We offer customized home gym design services to help determine the ideal layout and equipment selection based on the dimensions of your space. Generally, we recommend allowing for at least an 8×8 area for strength training equipment and additional space for cardio machines and functional accessories.
Absolutely. We can design your home gym with customized storage solutions and space-saving equipment like fold-away racks and benches so the room can serve a dual purpose when not actively being used for fitness. We can also incorporate a sauna or ice bath element into your home gym.
We take great care to protect your home and minimize dust and noise during the installation which typically takes 1-2 full work days depending on the scope of equipment. We’ll provide plastic sheeting, drop cloths and clean up thoroughly afterward.
In most single family homes, only standard 110V household outlets are required to power cardio machines while strength rigs often don’t need additional electrical work. As for structural changes, we’ll evaluate and make any minor adjustments needed to leveling, flooring or load distribution.
